Litigation is a Bloody Nuisance... again
I am once again reminded, as I send a client a 10th reminder to look at some discovery questions I sent them, how much of a nuisance litigation is. Clients tend to look at the cost in financial terms. I regularly hear, if it will cost $50,000 to defend this suit, I'd rather pay you the $50K than that slime-bucket who's suing me. But they forget the time involved... their time. Gentle readers, this is a reminder - avoid litigation if at all possible.
