If it looks like a duck - trial lawyers change their name... again
Taking a page from the Association of Trial Lawyers, http://blog.buslaw.com/2006/07/16/will-batman-superman-and-wonder-woman-be-joining-them.aspx to (all rise and put your hands on your hearts) The American Association for Justice, personal injury (PI) law firms are also changing their names.
For those who don't have a score card, it went from Personal injury attorneys to Plainitff's Attorneys, to Trial Lawyers and now... drum roll please... one firm is changing its description on it's business cards etc. to Civil Justice Attorneys.
Make you proud to say the words, doesn't it?
